“As a charge nurse, I am heavily involved in the day-to-day organisation of the practice. The enjoyment of my role has always come from the satisfaction of running an efficient and organised practice where patients feel they are cared for in the highest possible manner.

Whether I am developing protocols for new therapies, arranging clinics or scheduling patients, the contact and bond I’ve developed with my patients has always been the most rewarding. The relationships I form within the private setting are unique and I feel privileged because I get to walk alongside our patients during a life altering change.

What also makes my job a lot easier is the team I work with. We have built up a dedicated and experienced team of Oncologists and nurse specialists who work seamlessly together and I wouldn’t be able to function as effectively without them.”
