“I want to make a difference to every patient who walks through our doors. I manage reception and multiple accounts, but I also enjoy getting to know our patients on a personal level. I love hearing about the small, personal details of a patient’s life: a new grandchild, a holiday they’ve got coming up, or their child’s school activities.
